I finally found THE SECRET to getting kids wildly enthusiastic about vegetables:  invite them to rap about veggies!  While filming these grade school rap stars, I asked about their veggie-eating habits, and--WITHOUT EXCEPTION--each rapper explained what he/she now does to eat more vegetables.  Watch, and be inspired!

Perhaps due to my own musical preferences, I vastly underestimated how well "Veggie Raps" would be received as part of the Healthy Choices program at Bridge Point.  I'd assumed maybe 30 or so kids would want to perform broccoli-ish poetry in front of the 700-strong student body.  I was off by a mile!  Over 100 students performed veggie raps!

Though they were all inspiring and fun, here are a few we thought you'd enjoy.
