I call this virtuous goo because, knowing it is crammed with antioxidants, fiber, omega-3, and nutrients galore, I feel so virtuous when I eat it …even on ice cream! The following is really more of a guideline than a recipe; feel free to add and subtract as your taste buds dictate.

Active Work Time: 5 minutes Time to Taste: 5 minutes Servings: 3 cups No: dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts (potentially), soy
ingredients
- 1/2 cup goji berries goji berries
- 1/2 cup raw chocolate
- 1/2 cup hempseed
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts or pumpkin seeds, if you are avoiding nuts
- 1/2 cup local, raw honey
- 1 Tbs. ground cinnamon
how to make it
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl, or large jar, and enjoy on anything from oatmeal to yogurt to sweet potatoes.
