These 'candy' nuts are a super-healthful snack, full of omega-3 and without all that sugar! The soaking/sprouting thing used to confuse me…why soak something and then dehydrate it? Raw foodies will highlight a lot of reasons, but a big one for kids, is that the nuts actually taste sweeter (less bitter), and that’s good enough for me!
